• Getting installation done through an unregistered local vendor instead of an MNRE-empaneled vendor listed on the national portal (unregistered vendor installations are strictly disqualified for subsidy). • Entering bank details that are not Aadhaar-seeded or providing an account in someone else's name. • Mismatch between the name on the electricity bill and the applicant's Aadhaar card without an electricity transfer update. • Installing non-DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) solar modules that do not comply with government subsidy norms.
